Epoxy Flooring

Most residential garages take 1–2 days. Day one is typically surface prep and base coat; day two is topcoat. Larger commercial jobs take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.

We typically recommend waiting 2–3 days before driving on your new epoxy floor. Light foot traffic may be allowed sooner, depending on the system used, but the longer you can wait before parking vehicles on it, the better. We’ll review the exact cure schedule with you before we leave.

Most cracks and surface damage can be repaired as part of the prep process. We’ll assess this during the estimate and quote it into the job. We don’t coat over problems — we fix them first.

We ask that the floor is cleared before we arrive. We can help move light items on-site, but ask that heavy equipment, large shelving units, and vehicles are removed before the crew shows up. We’ll confirm this during the estimate.

Basic epoxy flooring starts at approximately $6 per square foot. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the condition of the existing floor, the system selected, and any custom work or added design options. Because every floor is different, we provide free estimates so we can review the space and recommend the best option for your project.

Epoxy is the base coat — it bonds to concrete and provides the bulk of the coating. Polyaspartic or polyurea is the topcoat — it adds UV stability, scratch resistance, and sheen. Most of our jobs use both: epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat. We’ll explain what’s best for your specific floor.
